MG Chemicals 860 – Silicone Heat Transfer Compound is a CPU thermal paste designed to reduce thermal resistance between irregular metal surfaces. With reasonable thermal conductivity and soft consistency, MG Chemicals 860 is suitable for a wide range of applications, becoming in some cases the best thermal paste for CPU applications.

Properties
