Description

The MG Chemicals 419E –  Premium Acrylic Lacquer Conformal Coating is a high-quality protective coating specifically designed for printed circuit boards (PCBs). It offers superior environmental protection for PCBs, thereby extending their lifespan and improving their performance. Unlike many other conformal coatings on the market, the 419E is certified to both UL 746E and IPC CC 830C standards, making it a reliable choice for a variety of applications.

This product is also convenient to use and apply. It can be handled safely within 15 minutes of application, and it dries in approximately half an hour at a temperature of 65 degrees Celsius. Moreover, this conformal coating cures to a durable, flexible, and smooth finish that enhances the appearance of the PCB while providing an effective protective layer.

The 419E is also available in different formats to cater to a range of applications. These include spray and pen formats, making it a versatile solution for PCB protection.

  • Does not contain any hazardous air pollutants (HAPs). It is free of toluene or xylene and does not contain any ozone-depleting compounds.
  • Results in an excellent finish; a smooth, homogeneous and durable clear coat.
  • Easy to inspect as it fluoresces under UV light.
  • Allows for easy rework and repairs as it can be readily removed with MG’s 435 Thinner, 8309 or 8310A conformal coating removers.
  • Has been validated for use with selective robotic coating equipment including PVA and Nordson ASYMTEK.
